Eshaan Nagpal on Instagram: "INSANE RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE ❤️Save karlo💪 In a bowl mix 200 gm grated paneer, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 2 boiled potatoes, 2-3 tbsp hung curd , 3 tsp chaat masala, 1.5 tsp garam masala, salt and 1/2 cup cornflour.  Make small tikkis and fry on medium heat until golden and crispy. You can also half fry and keep in freezer for around 20 days.
