Announcements

General Assignment Classroom Email

The Scheduling team is excited to announce our new General Assignment Classroom notification email system.  Four weeks before the start of instruction, instructors will receive an email with the details of the schedule and general assignment classrooms of their courses for the next term. This email notification will only include courses taught in general assignment classrooms. We hope that this information will be helpful to instructors in preparing for the next term. If an instructor is teaching a combined lecture, details of that section will only show once along with any other learning activity assigned to a GA room. 

Staff Updates

Ani Knox – in the Records & Special Programs team as of October 2024.  Ani recently graduated from UC Davis and has previously worked on the Articulation team and on the Transfer Credit & Degree Audit team within the Office of the University Registrar.

Sol Fuentes – in the Records & Special Programs team as of October 2024.  Sol also recently graduated from UC Davis and has previously worked on the Student Services team through Temporary Employment Services.
