William Prather Curlin Jr. (born November 30, 1933) was an American politician. He is a member of the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky from 1971 through 1973.

He was in the United States Army from 1955 to 1957.

He was a member of the Kentucky General Assembly from 1968 to 1971 as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives.
