The All-in-One reporting form is a helpful starting point, as university administrators will ensure your report is received by the correct office(s).
If this concern relates to employee misconduct/non-compliance, please contact the Office of Investigation and Resolution (OIR). OIR manages concerns of university policy violations about employees, to include campus equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies. Concerns can be made via their online reporting form.

Students can refer themselves if they are experiencing symptoms of distress or a fellow Vol. Faculty and staff can refer students who may be exhibiting concerning behavior. Care coordinators will reach out to the impacted student within 1 business day.

Hazing is any activity expected or perceived as expected of someone joining or participating in a group that humiliates, degrades, abuses, or endangers them regardless of a person’s willingness to participate.

Our goal is to set up each student for long-term basic needs security by empowering them with the necessary support and tools to thrive.
