Annabeth Parker is a second semester junior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from Kingsport, TN. She loves how ISE combines engineering, business, and logistics to make systems, throughout all aspects of life, more efficient. Annabeth is the secretary for IISE, which consists of social outreach; she also works closely with the department on first-year engagement due to ISE being one of the smaller departments on UTK’s campus. In spring 2023, Annabeth worked at a co-op with general contractors Brasfield & Gorrie as a project manager on a commercial project in Raleigh, NC. During the summer of 2024, Annabeth worked in the hospitality industry applying IE techniques to a small luxury resort in Moab, UT. During the school year, Annabeth works as an ISE ambassador and a student worker in the Tickle College of Engineering Dean’s Office. In her free time, Annabeth enjoys all outdoor related things and trying new restaurants throughout the beautiful city of Knoxville.

Ayrika Anderson is a senior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from Memphis, TN. She loves the multitude of opportunities that come with the degree and the mindset of continuous improvement. On campus, Ayrika is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) where she previously served as Programs Chair, the Membership Chair of the Student Association of Project Management (SAPM), and Social Action Chair and Physical and Mental Co-chair in the Mu Zeta chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She has completed three internship rotations with TruePani, an environmental engineering consulting firm, and a summer internship with PepsiCo-Frito-Lay. Outside of school she enjoys hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Clare Duncan is a senior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from Knoxville, TN. She has a minor in Engineering Management and is also a member of the 2025 Cohort of the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program (Heath IBEP). Clare loves that ISE is about improving systems and combines business and engineering. In summer 2023, Clare worked as a quality intern for Keurig Dr Pepper. In summer 2024, she completed an internship with Magna International. Clare currently serves as the VP of Volunteering for the Society of Women Engineers and is a mentor in its SWEeties program. She is also part of the Heath IBEP recruitment committee and mentors students at Green Magnet Academy as an ISE ambassador. In her free time, Clare enjoys reading, puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.

Brooklyn Finarty is a junior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) and has lived in 6 different states. She has a minor in Engineering Management and is in the 2026 Cohort of the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program (Heath IBEP). Brooklyn loves how ISE allows her to continually learn and improve the way anything can be done. In the spring of 2024, Brooklyn completed a 6-month co-op with Altec Industries as a quality engineer. During the school year, Brooklyn is involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) as the SWEeties Communications Chair and SWEetie’s mentor. She is also part of Heath IBEP’s recruitment committee, the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), and works as an ISE ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys concerts, baking, and being with friends and family.

Chase Post is a senior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from Chattanooga, TN. Chase is currently the President of IISE where he leads a team of officers to plan events and conferences for the ISE student body. Chase worked as an undergraduate research assistant under Dr. Tony Shi for 18 months studying AI/ML applications for manufacturing processes. In Summer 2023, Chase completed an IT Operations internship with Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT. In Summer 2024, Chase completed an internship for Honeywell in Charlotte, NC as part of the Future IT Leaders program. During the school year, Chase mentors elementary school students at Green Magnet Academy, works as an ISE Ambassador and IT Network Assistant, and enjoys participating in local environmental volunteering events. In his free time, Chase enjoys running, playing guitar, and learning new things.

Elisha Brabson-Hughes is a junior in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from Knoxville. He is minoring in Business and Leadership and is a member of the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program (Heath IBEP). Elisha loves that ISE allows him to optimize systems, solve complex problems, and bridge the gap between engineering and business. In spring 2024, Elisha worked as a distribution engineering co-op at Georgia Power, where he designed system improvements and collaborated with cross-functional teams. He has also studied abroad in London gaining global perspectives on engineering and business. Elisha is passionate about mentorship and leadership, serving as an ISE Ambassador and working with underrepresented students through academic tutoring and mentorship programs. He is also involved in networking and consulting-focused organizations, aiming to apply his problem-solving mindset to business strategy. In his free time, Elisha enjoys working out, connecting with new people, and exploring innovative business solutions.

Frank Moser is a junior from Brentwood, TN studying Industrial and Systems Engineering and minoring in German and Project Management. Additionally, Frank is part of the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program. Frank chose ISE for the field’s flexibility, transferable skills from industry to industry, and emphasis on project management, leadership, and professional development. On campus, Frank represents the Tickle College of Engineering in the Undergraduate Student Senate, serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Engineering Fundamentals program, and is actively involved in Engineers Without Borders and Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society. He has gained industry experience by interning with Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz and hopes to combine his industrial engineering degree and German language experience post-graduation. Outside of school and extracurriculars, Frank enjoys travelling, reading, and listening to live music.
