UC LEADS:
Leadership Excellence Through Advanced Degrees

UC LEADS is a two-year program designed for current UC Davis undergraduates who identify as educationally and/or economically disadvantaged majoring in science, mathematics or engineering who show promise of succeeding in doctoral degree programs.

The program provides students with educational experiences that prepare them to assume positions of leadership in industry, government, public service, and academia. Additional benefits include: research experience, research stipends, GRE preparation, seminars and advising, and travel to professional meetings.
