We have a Start-up Scholarship for up to 5 counties/year for counties interested in starting a program.

- Please fill out and send this form to us before you start your program each year.
- This is a new form required by the University of Kentucky Risk Management. Please have attendees fill out the form.
- Mail the forms to "Risk Management; 306 Peterson Service Building; Lexington, KY 40506-0005."
- Questions about the form should be directed to the Risk Manaement office at 859-257-3708.
Minors Participating in a Program/Camp Form

The local program is where the journey begins. Youth Scholars and Junior Leaders work with community and business leaders to learn how the American economic system works and how it fits into the global economy. Along the way, they gain experience leading and working in groups and they become acquainted with career opportunities in various businesses.
The materials for your local program are available here for you to download to your computer or to print out (you will need to have Adobe Acrobat to view them). The material on this page has everything needed by Youth Scholars, Junior Leaders and Discussion Leaders. Extension Agents have additional material available on the American Private Enterprise System UK Canvas site or by contacting ukapes@lsv.uky.edu.
