Olivia O'Keefe

  • Title
    Graduate Assistant
Olivia O'Keefe is in her first season as a graduate assistant for the University of Tennessee at Martin volleyball program in 2024.

O'Keefe is fresh off a two-year career as a Skyhawk in both indoor and beach volleyball under head coach Jaclynn Wilson and will conclude her beach volleyball eligibility in the spring of 2025. As a member of the indoor squad, she saw playing time in 13 matches (26 sets) from 2022-23 as part of her first time playing collegiate indoor volleyball.

Overall, O'Keefe has been a part of four Ohio Valley Conference championships (2022 volleyball regular season, 2023 beach volleyball regular season, 2023 beach volleyball tournament, 2024 beach volleyball regular season) as a UT Martin student-athlete.

In the sand, O'Keefe has been one of the best beach volleyball players in the OVC since making her Skyhawk debut in 2023. A two-time All-OVC honoree, she ranks in the top-10 in school history in conference winning percentage (.800), league victories (16, seventh) and overall wins (36, ninth). She helped guide the program to an appearance in the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

Before transferring to UT Martin, O'Keefe exclusively played beach volleyball for two seasons under head coach Jason Morris at Tusculum University, a NCAA Division II school located in Greeneville, Tenn. She left that program ranking first in school history in career wins at the No. 1 position (22) while ranking sixth in both overall victories (26) and winning percentage (.542). She was part of a program's best season in school history with a 22-11 record and bronze finish at the AVCA Small College Beach Championship in 2022.

A Scottsdale, Ariz. native, O'Keefe has earned a spot on the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll in each of her two seasons as a Skyhawk. She graduated from UT Martin in December 2023 with a degree in special education and is currently pursuing a Master's degree.
