The Zoning Board of Review has all of the powers specified in Rhode Island General Law (§45-24-57).  Zoning Board duties include, but not limited to:

1. Hearing and making legal findings on Variance or Special Use Permit applications under Burrillville Code of Ordinances Chapter 30 and in accordance with the Burrillville Comprehensive Plan.

2. Hearing and making legal findings on Zoning Appeals to violations or determinations made by the Zoning Official.

3. Refer matters to other Town Boards or Agencies as deemed appropriate for findings and recommendation.

Members are appointed by the Town Council according to Town Charter.
