How to Apply

The Application

To apply, please complete the application form, adding a title and short abstract of your presentation topic in the corresponding fields, as well as the information on your faculty mentor.

In addition, you will need to upload:

  • a budget that reflects the costs of attending the conference (registration, etc.)
  • a letter of acceptance from the conference, or other verification that you will be presenting

After submission, an automated email will be sent to your faculty mentor, asking him/her to upload a brief Statement of Support of your presentation.   Once the mentor uploads the statement and accepts the form, your application will be complete and it will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

The Process

- Ask your project advisor for a statement of support
- Draft a short abstract describing your presentation topic
- Complete the OURSD Program Application, including the upload of your application documents
- If you wish, meet with Richelle Bernazzoli, our Director

Applications are accepted year-round - there is no deadline.
