So, yes, almost everything is processed to some degree

This was kinda a personal experiment 🧪 and my goal with this was to stick to the very least levels of processing to the best of my ability, with some flexibility.

1️⃣UNPROCESSED OR MINIMALLY PROCESSED: whole raw foods like a vegetable from your garden would be u processed. Minimally processed would be like shelled nuts or bagged carrots— in their whole form but prepared in some way to be more convenient.

2️⃣PROCESSED CULINARY INGREDIENTS: usually things that have been pressed or ground, like olive oil or seasonings.
