SCARLETT HOLMES🌟easy recipes! on Instagram: "ALMOND CROISSANT TWISTS🥐❤️😍 The simplest recipes are the best & especially when they taste like an almond croissant !!!! #recipe (20 twists) ❤️ 4 sheets of frozen puff pastry, thawed ❤️200g almond flour ❤️175g sugar ❤️1 egg ❤️45g salted butter, melted ❤️2 tsp vanilla ❤️1 tsp almond extract ❤️ 1 egg, whisked for the egg wash ❤️ Icing sugar (to dust) ❤️ Almond flakes 1.Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2.Combine the almond flour, sugar, egg, butter, vanilla and almond extract together. 3.Lay a piece of puff pastry down. Spread 1/2 the almond filling mixture and spread across almond flakes. Lay a piece of puff pastry ontop. Using a pizza cutter, slice the puff pastry into 10 strips. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
