Kathryn VanArendonk New York Magazine/Vulture One of the darkest and most bizarre hours of television to appear in recent memory. Feb 28, 2025 Full Review Ed Power Daily Telegraph (UK) The Baldwins is a saccharine pity party, where Baldwin swings between mucking about with his kids and staring into space as he contemplates the manslaughter charges. Rated: 1/5 Feb 25, 2025 Full Review Lucy Mangan Guardian Whatever the underlying, distasteful motives the Baldwins’ participation in this may be, the programme may simply backfire on its own terms. Baldwin is so much diminished in and by it. Rated: 1/5 Feb 24, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Amelia J Alec Baldwin is a excellent actor. Unfortunately, he was blamed and setup of a crime-glad he was not charged. Nice he has a lovely family, however, I only watched 1 episode, as she did my head in, cringe!, me, me,me and too much to say about Alec when not needed, let him speak about his own aliments, making it a read script and not a truthful back ground of what truly goes on, making out she does everything! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/25 Full Review A L ....and her fake accent is back. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/25 Full Review Chris O Don't know why they would want to make this. Alec is one of the best actors whoever lived. Can't seem to get out of his own way. Maybe it was the wife's idea? It just smacks a bit of desperation after the Rust catastrophe. For the record, I think it was an unfortunate accident. This isn't going change anyone's mind who thinks otherwise. Seems to be mostly Trumper nut jobs have it in for him. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/25 Full Review Robert R This is like an extended infomercial one stumbles upon at 2 AM. Horrible acting, desperate people, crappy merchandise. Alec is the producer so there's no reality part, it's just a parade to himself for killing that lady. Hilaria (she pretended to be Spanish) is not interesting or smart and her voice is like baby talk mixed with a fake and fluctuating accent. The kids are not really likable and that poor oldest child "Carmen" is looking too much like Lolita and that is not her fault, I blame her parents. But anyone can see they are parading her out there for the world to see for their own gain. I want to say one nice thing about the show but it is hard to. Yes, I sat her pausing but could not come up with one single nice thing to say about the show. May be the nice part is that I am certain it will not have another season. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/27/25 Full Review Andy M STOP THE PAIN! CANCEL THIS SHOW! American Public Does Not Need A See This Fake, BAD-PARENTING Family After Murderous Father/Has-Been!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/24/25 Full Review Lori D So many cringe moments. Also it seems too soon after Hutchins death for the world to see him moving on. The portion dealing with the rust tragedy was total cringe. One and done. To be honest, I only watched to see 1) if he finally fully apologizes and takes responsibility for his part in Hutchins death and 2) if the wife would use her phony Spanish accent. Got neither.
