FOLLOW BALLAST/DEBALLAST SEQUENCE AS GIVEN BELOW. 5. CALL CHIEF OFFICER AT LEAST 01 HR BEFORE OF TOPPING UP CARGO TANKS. 6. MAX LDG RATE: M3/HR, DISCH RATE: 7. MAX MANIFOLD BACK PRESSURE:07KG/CM2. 8. STRICTLY FOLLOW ISPS AND VISITOR LOG. 9. ALWAYS CUMMINICATE WITH LOADING MASTER AND KEEP UPDATE LOADING RATE/DISCHARGE RATE COMPARING WITH SHIP HOURLY RECORD. 10.ATTEND MOORING ROPE AND GANGWAY AT ALL TIME. 11.CHECK ANY OIL/CHEMICAL LEAKAGE AND BE ALERT ABOUT SOURRENDING POLLUTION. 12. CALL ME ANY TIME IF U FIND ANY ABNORMALITY OR DOUBT. 13.FOLLOW SHIP/SHORE SAFETY CHECKLIST & AGREEMENT.
