    2. GIVE SAFETY ROUND FREQUENTLY AT CARGO OPERATION TIME.
    3. NEVER MAKE SHIP BY THE HEAD AT ALL TIME AND KEEP TRIM 0.5M
    TO 02M BY STERN AND KEEP VSL UPRIGHT AT ALL TIME.
    4. FOLLOW BALLAST/DEBALLAST SEQUENCE AS GIVEN BELOW.
    5. CALL CHIEF OFFICER AT LEAST 01 HR BEFORE OF TOPPING UP
    CARGO TANKS.
    6. MAX LDG RATE: M3/HR, DISCH RATE:
    7. MAX MANIFOLD BACK PRESSURE:07KG/CM2.
    8. STRICTLY FOLLOW ISPS AND VISITOR LOG.
    9. ALWAYS CUMMINICATE WITH LOADING MASTER AND KEEP
    UPDATE LOADING RATE/DISCHARGE RATE COMPARING WITH
    SHIP HOURLY RECORD.
    10.ATTEND MOORING ROPE AND GANGWAY AT ALL TIME.
    11.CHECK ANY OIL/CHEMICAL LEAKAGE AND BE ALERT ABOUT
    SOURRENDING POLLUTION.
    12. CALL ME ANY TIME IF U FIND ANY ABNORMALITY OR DOUBT.
    13.FOLLOW SHIP/SHORE SAFETY CHECKLIST & AGREEMENT.
