1. The technical paper shall be word-processed using Simplified Arabic
Fixed 11 fonts using a near letter quality printer. 2. The text shall be 1.15 spaced even for long quotations and abstracts. 3. Margins shall be one and one-half inches at the left margins, and one inch at the top, bottom and right margins. 4. The text shall be in justified format with not-indented paragraph. Use single spacing for every new paragraph. Do not use the space before/after mechanism of MS word. 5. Footnotes are not permitted rather follow the APA format for citation, bibliography, references, and captions (Figure, Picture and Tables). 6. Reference numbers must be placed in square brackets behind the last word of the citation. (e.g. [1]) 7. Text, tables, and figures shall be neat, clear and without error. The same word processor must be used throughout. Use proper captioning (e.g. Figure 1.0 Rainfall data from rain gauge across Metro Manila) 8. If figures and tables are to be included, reproductions must be of good quality. 9. Reproductions must be referenced. Tables and figures must be referenced in the text, including the web link. 10. Avoid mistakes in the hyphenation of words at the end of lines. Oneletter and two-letter divisions, such as en-velope, entire-ly, and a-tone are not acceptable. 11. Do not use extra page for the beginning of every chapter rather start as is within the chapter. 12. Bold, all upper case and do not italicize all the major headings. 13. Bold and do not italicize all the sub/minor headings. 14. Header and footer are not permitted. Use plain pagination place in the lower right of the page, follow the same font style and font size.
