    OF THE DATABASE: A DEFAULT DATABASE NAME WILL BE ASSIGNED IF THE USER DOENOT ENTER
    ANY NAME. CLICK ON (OK)

    NOW THE DATABASE HAS BEEN CREATED, NOW WE HAVE TO LOAD FILES IN DATABASE.
    STEP3: CLICK ON (DATABASE), SELECT OPTION (LIST FILES)

    SINCE NO FILES WERE LOADED BEFORE, WE HAVE CREATE NEW FILE.


    STEP4: CLICK ON (NEW)

    YOU WILL GET A NEW WINDOW NAMED FILE EDITOR, MAKE USE OF IT TO ENTER THE DATATYPE
    REQUIRED FOR YOUR DATABASE.
    STEP5: ENTER THE DETAILS REQUIRED FOR YOUR DATABASE FIELD.

    EXAMPLE. TYPE, LEVEL, SHORTNAME, FORMAT, LENGTH. AFTER ENTERING THE REQUIRED DETAILS,
    CLICK (ADD).
    STEP5: CONTINUED……………………………………

    SIMILARLY YOU CAN ADD OTHER DETAILS FOR DIFFERENT FIELDS. AFTER FINISHING, CLICK ON
    (OK).YOU WILL GET A WINDOW (CRETAE FILE). ENTER THE FILENUMBER, FILENAME, MAX ISN AND
    THEN CLICK ON (CREATE).
    STEP5: CONTINUED…………………………….

    AFTER CLICKING ON (CREATE) YOU CAN SEE THE WINDOW (ADADBA).

    STEP6: NOW WE HAVE TO LOAD FILES. PLEASE SELECT THE FIELDS AS SHOWN IN THE BELOW SCREEN
    SHOT.

    NOW SELECT THE FIELD , DATA: CLICK ON (SELECT), SELECT THE FILE, DATA1.020 THAT WILL BE
    CREATED.

    THEN SELECT THE FIELD, DESCRIPTORS: CLICK ON (SELECT), SELECT THE FILE, FILE20.FDT.

    THEN CLICK ON (OK).

    DATABASE HAS BEEN CREATED NOW. JUST START THE DATABASE. AND MAKE USE OF IT………..
