The Equal Opportunity Awards Dinner, attracts hundreds of business, community, industry, social, and
cultural leaders. This gala affair is both a celebration and commemoration, as the agency honors
legends in various fields and industries. The dinner has direct branding opportunities to expose your

This year’s dinner theme is a Salute to Environmentalism in the Urban Community. The awards presentation will highlight past CEOs of the
Urban League, board members and volunteers of the Urban League Movement.

Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth experience and help maximize the effective use of your donations to the Urban League.

Non-Bleed Ads
• Full page ad size: 8"w x 10.5"h
• Half page ad size: 7.5"w x 4.75"h
• Quarter page ad size: 3.4375"w x 5"h

ARTWORK for Advertisements AND Company Logos

Submitted ads must be print-ready. Please call Kea Hagan at 619.266.6265 for color specifications on inside cover ads.

Ads and logos may be submitted electronically.

ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES OR EMBEDDED. ALL FILES MUST BE 300 DPI HIGH RESOLUTION.
• EPS or TIFF
• High Resolution (300 dpi) JPEG or PDF

Ads may be submitted on the following media:

• Mac Zip, CD, Disc or DVD
• Emailed to kea@sdul.org (please compress large files, either Zip or Stuff it)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
• HIGH RESOLUTION IS A MUST. 300 DPI or better. Photographs must be 300 dpi. Please DO NOT submit 72 dpi, 100 dpi, etc. jpeg or gif files or
photographs. Please do not use these file formats or low resolutions in any part of your document as you create your ad. Low resolution formats ma
look good on screen, but they will become jaggy and fuzzy, show the pixels and give bad printing results.
•Please submit a 100% size laser proof. Fax proof to 619-263-3660.
•Please convert fonts to outlines or embed fonts when making your final file.
•All ads MUST be proportional to the ad size specified.
