s 2015 winds down, it offers the opportunity to pause and reflect on the year
and all which it offered to each of us. I live in Atlanta, Georgia where there
was a sports writer for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Furman Bisher, who
passed away in 2012. Mr. Bisher would pen an article each Thanksgiving on what
he was thankful for each year. This was something I looked forward to reading each
Thanksgiving morning as the family was together preparing for a great feast and time
together. I would like to share with you what I am thankful for.
Im thankful for having an organization
which allows its members to congregate
each year at beautiful locations and
enjoy each others company.

Im thankful to the NIBA Board of Directors who guide our organization with
integrity and strength.
And most of all, Im thankful for you, the members, who support and participate
within NIBA to make it what it is today; a tremendous resource within the belting
industry, worldwide. I wish each of you a safe, happy holiday season and a Happy
New Year.
Sincerely,

All-State Belting, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition
of Houston, Texas based Duecker Rubber Service, as of
November 25th, 2015. This facility will be operated as:
Duecker Rubber Service, a division of All-State Belting, LLC.
The Duecker family had owned and operated in the Houston

Service heavy duty installation capabilities to our Columbus,
Ohio operation, in March of 2015. This strategic initiative will
continue with the addition of more Full Service locations in
the future.
