to appear, testify, represent, to enter into Compromise
Agreement, to prosecute and file CRIMINAL CASE for
ESTAFA against NELY MAMAUAG Proprietor- VENCO
TRADING No. 47-D Dapitan Street Sta. Mesa Height , Quezon
City Philippines. And JOANNA S. DIMARANAN with address No.
268 A.H.Lacson Street. Brgy. 420 Sampaloc Manila.
