    Warriors
    Terracotta Warriors are a set of more than 8000 life-size
    terra cotta warriors and figures, which were buried near
    the proclaimed first Chinese emperor of the Qin Dynasty,
    Qin Shi Huang, in 210-209 BC. C.
    Each soldier is a unique work, there are no two equal
    statues, his facial expressions, hairstyles, posture,
    dresses, all characteristic that indicated his position and
    rank in the army. As for the statues: head, arms And body
    are hollow, while the legs are made of solid terracotta.

    The purpose of these statues was believed that the emperor


    would continue having troops under his command.
    This was found inside the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, also
    known as Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. They were
    discovered during works for a water supply, in March 1974
    near Xi'an (Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China).
    Since 1987 they are considered a World Heritage Site by
    Unesco
