5 min Opening the Lesson
- Am going to ask my students to count off 1 and 2 then afterwards I will ask
the ones to side on the same side and then I will ask the twos to sit on the
other side. After this I will give these groups different sets of words with
letters and their challenge will be to arrange their letters into words as faster
as they can and the first group to come up with the write word will the price.
At this moment, I will start my lesson by telling the students that today we
will learn about these two words that we formed in our groups.

When we talk about singular nouns it means a single thing or one in number
for example a dog, a house and a car. But if things are more than one then its

Note: When nouns end with ch, sh, x, z we add -es under plural nouns
whereas under singular we do not add any letter it remains the same.
