Reported Speech: A) Reported Statements (Oraciones Declarativas)

The document discusses reported speech, which is used to communicate what another person said without using their exact words. It provides examples of how to change verb tenses, pronouns, time/place expressions, and other elements when moving a statement from direct to reported speech. For example, the tenses shift back one time (present simple becomes past simple), pronouns change to refer to the speaker rather than listener, and time/place expressions like "today" become "that day".
