1. ROUTINE- Visual inspection of cabin light, fan, photocell and alarm, cleaning of lift pit, machine room,
car top, check car ride quality, lubricate car and CWT guides.
2. LANDINGS - Check and adjust landing door locks, car doors safety contact, check door open cam
clearance, landing push buttons and indicators.
3. EMERGENCIES - Check the operation of ARD, photocell, emergency light, alarm, signals, etc.
4. GOVERNOR - Clean governor sheave, check and adjust tension frame and governor rope. Hoist WAY -
Check hoist way equipments, position reference, all
5. electrical safety circuits. Check and adjust tension frame and governor rope. Hoist WAY - Check hoist
way equipments, position reference, Machine room-compound circle steel wire PIT-Tension sheave
steel wire rope adjustment, tension sheave & switch location, compensation rope guide
equipment, safety gear clearance adjusting. Car door door clearance, safety edge bearing adjusting.
6. CARTOP - Check car frame, car and CWT guide shoes, clean false ceiling,
7. MACHINE - Check machine and break operation, motor terminals, brake switches, gear oil level, clean
main drive sheave, clean and lubricate main ropes.
8. Pit EQUIPMENTS - Check buffer and buffer oil, compensation chains clearance, travelling cable
movement, car and CWT Clearance, pit safeties, etc.
9. Check load weighing. Pit-infuse oil into buffer, change oil buffer. Wrench single side experiment &
rope gripper, experiment of safety gear, over load, motor noise moving well noise adjusting.
