Note:
The specification of load hook in above table is not the standard load hook configuration. It is
subject to the contract signed with customer.
Note:
If crane is working with hoisting rope reeving less than the value listed in the above table,
single hoisting rope load must be checked to make sure that the Max. permissible load
capacity of single hoisting rope is not exceeded.

Note:
The main boom lifting height curve is drawn without considering boom deflection.
Note:
(1) The horizontal direction indicates working radius (in m) and the vertical direction indicates
lifting height (in m).
(2) For S boom configuration, S = 12m – 57m.

(1) The offset angle of fixed jib is 30°.
(2) The horizontal direction indicates working radius (in m) and the vertical direction indicates
lifting height (in m).
(3) For SF boom configuration, S = 30m – 42m, F = 6m – 18m.

Note:
(1) The values in above charts are applicable to 360°working range.
(2) The value in above charts is the rated total lifting capacity of crane, which is the maximum
permitted lifting capacity under various boom configurations. It includes the weight of load
hook and other load handling devices.
Rated lifting
Rated total lifting capacity =
capacity + (Weight of load hook and
(Actual load) other load handling devices)
(3) The radius in above charts is the horizontal distance from central axle of slewing ring to
centerline of load hook when crane is loaded.
(4) For SF boom configuration, if load hook 1 is not detached from main boom head, the
actual lifting capacity on fixed jib should be calculated from this formula: rated total lifting
capacity – load hook1‘s weight – load hook 2‘s weight – sling‘s weight – wire rope‘s
weight.
(5) For S boom configuration (but some sections of fixed jib are not dismantled), the actual
lifting capacity on main boom is calculated in accordance with following formula:
L cos( ) L2
G2 G G1 1 2 G3 G4 cos( ) 1
2 L1 4 1
L

0066300-000-02-20Y
As for detailed lifting capacity, refer to lifting capacity table in Section 2.4.5.3.
(6) The rated lifting capacity indicates the crane‘s lifting capacity under different boom
configurations when it is operated on firm and flat ground.
(7) When tip boom is used, the lifting capacity on tip boom is the same as that on main boom
within the same radius, but is max. lifting capacity should not exceed 6.0t.
(8) Whether the main boom is attached with tip boom or not, the lifting capacity on main
boom is the same.
(9) Main boom and tip boom can not work at the same time when main boom is attached
with tip boom.]
(10) The maximum in-service wind velocity should not exceed 9.8m/s during crane operation;
The maximum out-of-service wind velocity should not exceed 21m/s when crane is only
fitted with main boom; The maximum out-of-service wind velocity should not exceed
15m/s when crane is fitted with main boom and fixed jib.
(11) For SF boom configuration, the maximum lifting capacity on fixed jib (6.4t) includes the
weight of load hook 2 (6t) and wire rope (0.4t). However, the maximum actual lifting
capacity should not exceed 6t.
(12) When crane is traveling with a load,
— 70% of rated lifting capacity under corresponding working condition should not be
exceeded;
— The boom should be located in the forward driving direction;
— The height of lifted load above the ground should not be more than 500mm.

2.4.5.3 Lifting capacity on S boom (but some sections of fixed jib are not dismantled)
The actual lifting capacities on main boom under such condition are shown is following chart.
Note:
The lifting capacity in charts is the rated lifting capacity, which includes the weight of load hook and other load handling devices. It is given in ―t‖.
The sign ―*/*‖ indicates ―lifting capacity/radius‖.
