Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind attention that I am currently employed as BB in X Bank


Limited, Y Branch would like to inform you that I have gone through a treatment. I have
undergone a medical checkup and come to know that I am expecting. It is an early
pregnancy with high risk. My doctor has advised me to take complete bed rest for at least
3 months.

I would, therefore, highly appreciate if you kindly understand my situation and allow me
a leave for 3 months and oblige thereby.

Please feel free to contact at your convenience if there are any questions or requirements
for clarification regarding my leave request.

I hope for your kindness and consideration to grant this request.
