• Spent time in a pre-kindergarten classroom twice a week for two hours to provide language and
literacy enhancement

morpho-syntactic development, cognitive development and semantic development
• Created and independently lead circle time activities and lessons supporting language goals and
motor skills

• Longview Community Assisted Living Facility
• Worked 1-2 hours a week for three consecutive semesters with a diverse client population composed

School-Age Speech Language Pathology Observation November 2014

• Shadowed school-based speech-language pathologist Eva Smalling as she went through her typical
caseload, implementing therapy for elementary school aged children
• Observed therapy for a diverse range of students including children diagnosed with autism spectrum
disorder
