CIFA has been manufacturing and selling batching
plants since year 1956, when our Company installed the
first tower plant for a dam project in Italy that produced
1.700.000 cubic meters of concrete.
CIFA, thanks to the high skilled R&D department and to
the manufacturing process, is able to supply a complete
range of products, from big stationary wet or dry type
to full mobile batching plants. All batching plants are
designed, produced and tested in our manufacturing
facilities in Italy.

standards and performance thanks to easy erection, dismounting and transportation, at low costs for installation and with quick
operation times.

Has been designed to decrease the transport cost and the
installation time as much as possible. The plant needs just a simple
concrete platform to be installed, it is pre-cabled and control cabin,
control board, and additive dosing system are all on-board.

CONCRETE RECYCLING SYSTEM

TAKING CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT

CIFAWASH 10 has been designed to wash the truck mixers and the truck mixer pumps
and to recover the concrete inside the drum when the machines come back to the batching CIFAWASH 10
plant at the end of the working day.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. The chute of the truck mixer is positioned above the receiving hopper of Cifawash. MOTOR (kW) 7.5
2. The operator through the washing pipe pumps the water inside the drum (from 100 l to
200 l per cubic meter). The water can be clean or slurry. The concrete goes inside the SCREW ROTATION SPEED (r.p.m.) 7
Cifawash drum trough the receiving hopper. Inside the drum there are always 1000 l of

3. The conveying screw inside the drum brings the aggregates to the top. They are are
