I. PUPILS DEVELOPMENT

1. Enrolled pupils in the grade level.


2. Organized classroom organization and homeroom P.T.A. in my class
3. Helped organized Supreme Pupils Government Council.
4. Conducted remedial instruction and reinforcement activities in my class.
5. Conducted Nutritional Status.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT

1. Attended seminars, school and district LAC sessions and meetings


2. Read professional magazines.
3. Listened, put into practiced to some given suggestions by my school principal and co-
teachers for improvement.

III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

1. Maximum used of K to 12 Curriculum Guides


2. Prepared , acquired and utilized indigenous instructional materials in my teaching
3. Integrated values in my teaching
4. Integrated government thrust in my teaching
5. Structured and updated bulletin boards.
6. Prepared Daily Lesson Log.

IV. RESEARCH AND EVALUATION

1. Conducted/Administered different test like formative test, quarterly test, diagnostic test and
summative test to evaluate pupil’s ability
2. Kept records of pupil’s test result
3. Helped scout potential pupils to compete and participate both in academics and athletics
competitions.

V. CULTURAL AND SPORT DEVELOPMENT

1. Participated in the celebration of Nutrition Month, Buwan ng Wika and other school
activities.
2. Participated in the school Intramurals and Search for Mr. and Miss Intramurals 2017.
3. Attended and supported the District Olympic Competitions, Division Meet and R1AA Meet.
VI. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

1. Maintained cleanliness in and out of my classroom.


2. Repaired armchairs thru the aid of my pupils.
3. Supervised/Guide pupils in waste segregation.

VII. COMMUNITY SERVICE EXTENSION

1. Helped in the information disemination of some government thrust in my barangay.


2. Joined and participated in Brigada Eskwela
3. Joined and participated the Gulayan sa Paaralan.
4. Gave donations.
5. Established good rapport with the parents and in community.
