    I, MARIA GRACIA B. GARCIA, of legal age, married to MR. GAGAN


    SINGH THAPA, and residing at Block 11, Lot 19, Deca Homes, Bagumbayan
    Norte, Naga City, Philippines, under oath, hereby depose and say, that:

    1. I am the second daughter of MR. NICASIO LANITE GARCIA who is


    married to my mother MRS. MERLITA BREIS GARCIA.

    2. My father MR. NICASIO LANITE GARCIA was born to MR.


    LORENZO DEL ROSARIO GARCIA and MRS. ELENA LANITE
    LANSOT who are both deceased and resided in Tiaong, Quezon,
    Philippines.

    3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to


    support my application for temporary residence in Nepal and the opening
    of a joint bank account with my husband in said country.
