    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That this Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

    ANTONIA R. CABRERA, of legal age, married to Felipe


    S. Santos, Filipino, and residing at Trade School Drive
    (now Loyola Street, behind USP), Obrero, Davao City,
    hereinafter called the VENDOR;

    - and -

    JULIA I. SARMIENTO, of legal age, married to Richard


    G. Garcia, Filipino, and a resident of 880 Trade School
    Drive (now Loyola Street, behind USP), Obrero, Davao
    City, hereinafter called the VENDEE;

    W I T N E S S E T H : THAT,

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner and possessor of a Baby


    Lock Sewing (Edger) Machine Model BL2-208:

    WHEREAS, the VENDOR has agreed to sell the above-described Baby Lock
    Sewing (Edger) Machine to the VENDEE and the latter has also agreed to buy the
    same;

    NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR


    THOUSAND (P4,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
    acknowledged by the VENDOR, the latter hereby sells, transfers, and conveys unto
    and in favor of the VENDEE, her heirs, successors or assigns the above-described
    Sewing (Edger) Machine in absolute manner.

    That the VENDOR hereby warrants and guarantees VENDEE’s peaceful pos-
    session and ownership of the said Baby Lock Sewing (Edger) Machine conveyed
    herein to the latter by virtue of this instrument and shall defend her title thereto
    against all claims of any person or entity.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this instrument this
    16th day of January 2015 at Davao City, Philippines.

    acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and Deed. This in-
    strument relates to a Deed of Absolute Sale involving one (1) Sewing (Edg-
    er)consisting of two (2) pages including this page whereon this acknowledgment is
    written and signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every
    page thereof.
