a geometric error is detected on the 3D data to be processed.
This report provides text and graphical detailed information to help
the user diagnose & fix the geometric issue:
 Type of geometric operation performed in the view (section,
detail, breakout…).
 The full error message as provided by geometric modeler.
 A graphic display of the geometry involved in the error:
 The Part geometry in context of the whole product.
 The additional geometric objects involved in the error (i.e. operands
of the boolean operation, planes for sectioning…).
 The intermediate results of the computation on which the error is
reported (i.e. intersection between part and plane for a planar
section).
 Display and reframe tools to easily navigate and locate the objects.
 Ability to open a version of the CATPart containing a subset
of this diagnosis information.
