market access to telecom equipment and affordable prices to the customers.
The telecommunication department is thinking to generate a high employment benefit in
India, like in rural areas to avoid unemployment problem.

A telecom industry I choose was Reliance Jio which was founded by Mr. Mukesh Ambani
In the year 2010. Their Head Quarters is in Navi Mumbai Maharashtra, India.
Their main vision is to be there with clients and prefer partners with their business area. The
major products they deal with is as follows – Lyf mobiles, jio tv, jio chats, jio cinemas, jio

 improper measurement of the employees some employees will work hard and some will
not
 improper measurement of the retailer some retailers will simply register but they will not
do any thing

SUGESSTION

 there should be a proper measurement of employees so that the company can get to know
about employees and who were not working properly for them the company can give
warnings by this employee may work properly and they may get success in opening the
new activation outlets
 there should be a proper measurement of the retailers so that which retailer is not doing
work proper the company can give warning of cancelling the registration by this the
retailer may work properly and they may activate sim cards more

By doing this there may be a chance of opening more activation outlets of sim cards

USING 5 WHY THE PROBLEM CAN BE FURTHER BROKEN DOWN

1. WHY?
Lack of skilled labour
There is a lack of skilled labour in the organisation because of this the company is
having a trouble of opening a new outlet. because of the labours lack of skill the
labours were not able to activate or convince the retailer to open a new outlet of
unique activation outlet

2. WHY?
Lack of training
Why the labours were not skilled because they were not trained properly there is a
lack of training in the organisation because of that the labours were not able to open a
sufficient outlet UAO outlets.

3. WHY?

Lack of trainers
The labours were not getting training because there is a lack of trainers the trainers
were not there to train to the labour because of lack of trainers the labours were not
upgraded because of this they were not able to open a new uniquer activation outlets

4 WHY?

No motivation
There is a lack of trainers in the organization because no one is motivating on giving a
training to the employees because of that the trainers were not there to train the
labours for this reason the company is not able to achieve good target in the opening
of the UAO outlets

5 WHY?
No initiative
The company head is not taking initiative to train the labour because they may don’t
want to waste money for such things because this the labours were not trained
properly because of this the there I lag in opening new UAO outlets

Solution for the problems


 the main thing is to solve the problem is the main board of directors have to take
initiative to train the labours they have to spend some money on the trainees so
that they may get success in achieving in opening the new UAO outlet. they have
to appoint some trainer to train the labours

 next is some should motivate the trainers to train the labours motivation may in
good pay meant etc

 the trainers should be well educated and they have the ability to change the
labours or upgrading them he has to be as motivator and good speeches also by
this the labour got some knowledge and they will work on that and they may get
good progress in opening the new outlet

 by doing all this the employees become skilled employees and by this they will
get to know how to convince the retailer to opening the new outlets
