PROFESSIONAL GLIMPSE
Perform corporate action on entity level with the help of proper documents & validate them before making any
changes.
Process name change, merger of entities on entities level by validating the proper source of documents.
Reaching out to client for any query handling.
Creating and mapping MEIs for the clients (Investment Banks, Financial Institutions, and Fund Managers etc.)
so as to provide global coverage to the entities in the loan market.
Set up new clients on MCPM portal & MEI identifier site, providing relevant access as per type of client
(BS/SS) & resetting account passwords. Handle client requests.
Support ClearPar to set up new funds by validating the funds & admin details & provide them the MEIs in order
to onboard the funds on ClearPar platform.
Conduct follow ups for client outreach based off SLAs as necessary.
Verification of client document like IMA, CMA, Trust Agreement, Prospectus, Certificate of Registration, Tax
Form Document etc.
Performing functions of verification of different entities with Govt./Third Party sources like Regulator/Govt.
websites FINRA, SEC, US SOS, EDGAR, etc. before on-boarding client on MEI scrubber.
Markit Counterparty Manager (MCPM)
Responsible for providing financial information to clients by adequate Research from various sources.
Responsible for client on-boarding – Actively managing client accounts and having frequent calls with account
managers to ensure that financial information is correct and up to-date.
Researching on entities primarily on SEC, US registry sites for ensuring their legal names and jurisdictions.
Facilitate the on-boarding of bank, financial institutions, Fund managers etc. to our platform MCPM (Markit
Counterparty Manager) from sales.
Uploading, Managing Funds and Documents for the clients.
Understand client mapping requirements for data, questionnaire purposes and facilitate entering that information
into the system.
Compliance with Dodd Franks protocols, ISDA Amends and Canadian Representations Letters
Responsible for uploading PIMCO tax forms documents by validating & permissioned to the multiple sell side
companies.
Responsible for uploading AUM values file to the MCPM platform so that the counterparties can view the AUM
history of the relevant funds.
Responsible for entity migration process if any corporate action happens on entity level (moving of documents,
entity relationship, AUM information etc.)
Part of centralized data hub, vendors can engage in standardized due diligence questionnaires and exchange
relevant information to their customers.
Help third Parties to delivering due diligence information to their financial clients by standardizing and
centralizing documentation in a single, easy-to-use platform.
Helping to manage the third-party Risk via different types of DDQ questionnaire (i.e. KY3P, AITEC-AIMA etc)
Additional responsibilities:
To perform QC of the newly set up entities (MEIs), corporate action performed on entity level.
Publishing daily Stats of KY3P Vendor list.
Preparing QC report of MEI at EOD on daily basis.
Publishing weekly highlights & process updates to managers.
Reaching out to development for enhancement ideas or to fix bug.
Responsible for training and development of new hires
Updating process manual (SOPs) of the process.
Implement new ideas & changes to make the process more smother & to reduce time efforts.
Run SQL queries to fetch the data from backend of any changes or as per client request.
Corporate Actions
Performing different Corporate Actions (Name Change, Dissolution, Merger/Acquisition) – EMEA/ AMRS on
Bank of America database level
Ensure document requirement for Corporate Actions like Name Change Certificate, Merger Certificate,
Dissolution are met using third party sources like Bloomberg, Banker’s Almanac, Mint etc.
Removing dependency of Acronym/Mnemonics, Agreements, Deals and others with proper approvals from
LOB, Credit Officers and PMA.
Performing Enhanced Due Diligence check adherence to Anti Money laundering and Compliance procedure in
BOA application before performing any Name Change on EMEA entities.
Responsible for training and development of new hires for CA
Fortnightly call with LOB to discuss issues and challenges faced in the process
