YA-19: Continued to drill 8-1/2" hole section from 16,137 ft to 17,851 ft. Continued to drill 8-1/2" hole to
final TD at 18,3000 ft. Circulated hole clean. Took FPWD pressure points. Circulated hole 1x BU. Pump
OOH 8-1/2" RSS BHA from 18,300 ft to 17,725 ft. Continued to POOH 8-1/2" RSS BHA from 17,725 ft to
17,030 ft. Continued to POOH 8-1/2" RSS BHA to surface and L/D same. M/U and RIH 3-1/2" cement
stinger on DP to 11,688 ft. Continued to RIH 3-1/2" cement stinger on DP to 18,300 ft. Circulated hole.
Spotted balanced cement plug #1. POOH cement stinger 30 ft above TOC and circulated hole clean.
Spotted balanced cement plug #2. POOH cement stinger 3 stds above TOC and circulated hole clean. POOH
cement stinger 3 stds and circulated clean.WOC. Continued WOC. Washed down and tag plug #2 TOC at
16,995 ft. Spotted Hi-vis. Spotted cement plug #3 across 9-5/8" casing shoe. POOH 3 stds above TTOC and
circulated hole clean. WOC. WOC. Washed down and tagged TOC. Circulated hole clean. Pressure tested
cement to 1000 psi. Displaced well to 9.7 ppg WBM. POOH 3-1/2" cement stinger to surface. Jetted BOP.
N/D BOP and riser. Prepared to skid rig to YA-15. **End of well YA-19**

Report# (31 May-9 June)


YA-10: Set wear bushing. Retrieved DLT packer and kill string. M/U and RIH 9-5/8" WBCO assembly.
Pumped clean-up pill and displaced well to seawater. POOH 9-5/8" WBCO assembly. POOH WBCO
assembly. Performed USIT-CBL-VDL wireline logging. Pressure tested 9-5/8" casing to 4000 psi. M/U and
RIH 8-1/2" Rotary BHA. RIH 8-1/2" Rotary BHA to 7640 ft. Performed slip and cut drill line. Changed out
washpipe. Continued to RIH 8-1/2" Rotary BHA and tagged TOC at 10,245 ft. Performed choke drill and
annulus flooding simulation. Drilled out shoe track. Drilled 8-1/2" hole to 10,796 ft. Continued to drill 8-
1/2" hole to 10,902 ft. Circulated hole clean. Pumped OOH 8-1/2" Rotary BHA to 10,330 ft. Circulated
hole clean. POOH & L/D 8-1/2" Rotary BHA. M/U & RIH 8-1/2" Motor BHA to 6936 ft. Continued RIH 8-
1/2" Motor BHA to 10,902 ft. Circulated bottoms up. Continued to drill 8-1/2" hole from 10,902 ft to
11,229 ft. Circulated hole clean. POOH 8-1/2" Motor BHA to 10,978 ft. POOH & L/D 8-1/2" Motor BHA.
M/U and RIH 8-1/2" Motor BHA. Reamed down 8-1/2" Motor BHA for LWD logging. Continued to drill 8-
1/2" hole to 11576 ft. Continued to drill 8-1/2" hole to 12,227 ft. Circulated hole clean. POOH 8-1/2" Motor
BHA. Changed out motor and bit. RIH 8-1/2" Motor BHA to 137 ft. Performed slip and cut drill line.
Performed welding on wireline unit oscillating tracks and base plate. RIH 8-1/2" Motor BHA.

Report# (26 May-30 May)


YA-15: Skidded rig to YA-15. R/U 5-1/2" riser and slickline equipment. Drift run through completion tubing
- No success. R/D slickline equipment and riser. Continued to R/U coiled tubing equipment on platform
main deck and rig floor. Continued to R/U coiled tubing equipment on platform maindeck and rig floor.
M/ U JetBlaster BHA and R/U injector head. Pressure tested stripper, slip pipe rams and BHA float valves.
Washed down JetBlaster BHA to 12,880 ft CTD. RIH JetBlaster BHA from 12,880 ft to 12,930 ft CTD for drift
run. Continued drift run to 13,200 ft - Observed CT tagged at 500 lbs set down weight. POOH JetBlaster
BHA to 12,880 ft. Washed down JetBlaster BHA to 13,670 ft. Washed perforation intervals. Pumped gel
and circulated clean. Continued to circulate well clean. Activated circulating sub. Commenced well
unloading by pumping nitrogen - No success. Pressured up well and opened choke to rock the well - HC
gas at surface after 3rd attempt. Shut-in well after rock the well 4x times and monitored pressure build-
up. Attempted to unload well. POOH Jetblaster BHA. Closed LMV, swab valve and kill wing valve. Closed
TRSV. R/D welltest and CTU equipment. *** End of YA-15 coiled tubing intervention operation ***
