     Estimated and analyzed, quantities and rate for different civil works.
    Achievements:
     The lay-out plan got approved by Industrial Development Authority and Environment Control Board of Muzaaffarpur.
     The report has been sent to the management for future reference and assessing contactors’ cost deduction because of late completion
    of work.

     Prepared Plans of Kohinoor Tower, a 55 story Office building in Mumbai.
     Evaluated land near Hijewadi, Pune the 7 points assigned points, location, services available, means of transportation available and
    availability of educational institute in vicinity.
     Organized and participated, meeting with client and Civil consultants for parking issues.
     Estimated Bricks and concrete work for Kohinoor tower, from 8th to 37th floor.
     Prepared 3d and elevations for School at Los-Angeles.
