Check the electrical connector on the gearbox coolant valve (-N488-)/coolant shut-off valve (-N82-) and
complete the event entries.

Check the connector of the gearbox coolant valve (-N488-) and of the coolant shut-off valve (-N82-) for humidity.
In case of humidity all connectors and components on the engine wiring harness must be checked for humidity
ingress.
• Check the connector of the gearbox coolant valve (-N488-) and of the coolant shut-off valve (-N82-) for
coolant.

If there is coolant in the connectors:

• Replace the gearbox coolant valve (-N488-) or the coolant shut-off valve (-N82-) according to the repair
manual/Parts information.
• Carefully complete the event entries with the Guided Fault Finding.

If there is coolant in other connectors of the engine wiring harness or in components connected to the engine
wiring harness:
• Replace the engine wiring harness or components connected to the engine wiring harness as necessary
according to the repair manual/Parts information.

If there is no coolant in the connector:

• Carefully complete the event entries with the Guided Fault Finding.
