PTA RESOLUTION

Resolution to collect the sum of money from the members on dates set by the Parents-Teachers Association
for the School Year 2018-2019
WHEREAS, there is an urgent need to collect a sum of money from its members to finance the school programs,
projects, and students’ needs for the School Year 2018-2019
WHEREAS, the newly elected Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) officers proposed that in order to meet the
operation and preserve the educational standards offered by Tinajero National High School-Main. It was decided
and agreed upon by the MAJORITY OF PARENTS who attended the general assembly to subsidize the expenses
which are not covered by the allocated budget of the Department of Education.
WHEREAS, the new PTA Officers recommended to collect the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 350.00)
from its members.
WHEREAS, the PTA Officers will only collect Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 350.00) once from parents who have
more than one child attending the school.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Tinajero National High School-Main’s Parents-Teachers Association
collects a sum of Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 350.00) from its members effective August 2018 and parents
may also pay monthly on voluntary basis on days set by Tinajero National High School-Main’s Parents-Teachers
Association at Madapdap Resettlement, Mabalacat City, Pampanga until the agreed total amount to be collected
for every member is completed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all parties.
ADOPTED AND FURTHER APPROVED this 27th day of July 2018 at Tinajero National High School-Main,
Madapdap Resettlement, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
