Layered Audit Checklist

This document provides a checklist for conducting a layered audit of a manufacturing process. The checklist is divided into process elements including communication, workplace organization, set-up, operator certification, control plan, first time quality, measurement systems, containment/rework, and preventive maintenance activities. For each element, auditors check whether requirements are being met (Y/N) and document any needed corrective actions. The layered audit checklist allows a company to systematically evaluate its manufacturing process across multiple elements and ensure compliance.
