In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements} Regulations, 2015 ("Regulations"), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said
Regulations, we would like to inform you that Mr. Arun Duggal (DIN: 00024262), has stepped down from the
office of the Independent Director of the Company with effect from the end of day on December 19, 2019.
Disclosure with regard to change in directorship is given hereunder:

resignation of Mr. Arun Duggal and a confirmation from Mr. Arun Duggal that there are no other material
reasons for his resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter submitted by him.

I hereby tender my resignation from the office of the Independent Director of Info Edge (India) Ltd. with
effect from end of day on 19th December, 2019 due to my other time & work commitments and to assist
in orderly refreshing and succession of lnfoedge Board. I request that the Board of Directors be informed
about my resignation at their next Board Meeting.
I have had a great experience on Info Edge Board. I have learnt a lot from my fellow Board Members for
which I am very great full to them. The senior management of the company has been most helpful to me
over the years that I have served on the Board.
I request you to please provide me an acknowledgement for receipt of the resignation and a copy of the
requisite filings made with the Registrar of Companies to that effect for my reference and record.
