    Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
    Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra (DIN: 03168761) vide
    his letter dated December 03, 2024 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of the
    Company with effect from December 03, 2024 along with his membership in various committees, where
    he is a member. We are thankful for the guidance and contribution made by Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra
    during his stints with us as an Independent Director.

    The resignation letter with the reason as indicated is enclosed. Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra (DIN:
    03168761) have confirmed there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his
    resignation letter.
