PROFILE SUMMARY

Currently serving as a SENIOR OFFICER – HR at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (Erstwhile Ranbaxy
Laboratories Limited), Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.

Talent Acquisition/ Joining Formalities/ Induction Process:


o Recruitment of Staff & Worker at Plant Level in co-ordination with HOD & fill-up the vacancy as per org.
chart within time limit.
o Timely closure of approved MPR/Open Positions.
o Salary negotiation, provide offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation, transfer letter.
o Facilitating the Joining Formalities of the Employees at Supervisory & Staff Grade.
o Facilitate induction/ orientation training program for the new hires.
o Maintaining personnel files of employees.
o Providing various Admin supports to new joinees like getting mobile connection, Opening of bank
account etc.
o Coordinating with the third party for Credential Check of New Hired Workmen & maintain their
Reports.
o Obtaining Feedback from the Employees regarding the Orientation.
o Coordinating with Global IT for creating Email ID & system login ID of new Joinee.

HR MIS
o Preparation of Monthly MIS report
o HR Dashboard
o Attrition Details
o Joining Report
o Sending monthly KPI report to corporate office.
o Recruitment analysis (Lead time taken to fill the position, recruitment cost etc.)

o Handling of performance appraisal of workers (Offline) and ensure

Employee Engagement:
o Design Employee Engagement Calendar and ensuring adherence to the calendar.
o Design and conducted focus group discussions (Workshop), Town Halls meeting, periodically to
inculcate positive attitude in the employees towards the organization and its values.
o Facilitating monthly, quarterly and annual Rewards & Recognition programs
o Organizing & Coordinating events like festival Celebration, birthday bash and different program at Plant
Level.
o Assist the HR manager for conducting employee engagement survey and implement the results of the
survey at plant level
o Actively participate in organizing various employee engagement activities at plant like celebration of
Independence Day, Women’s Day , Retirement Function ,Safety day, Holi, Diwali etc.
o Facilitate Long Service Award distributions at Site as per LSA Policy.
o Conducting events like “Back to School” at site.
o Conducting Health Talk ,Yoga Sessions for Women Wellness & Fitness at site.

o Discussing the Nominations received with Plant Head.
o Appreciating good performers by rewarding them with SPOT & SUNNARI Award.

o Working as Department Training Coordinator.
o Maintaining personal files of the employees at site.

o Updating the Organogram & retaining it as per the SOP.

o Support in Updating 12BB forms ( Income Tax ) of employee in Metis .
o Issuing PIP Letters from initiation to successful completion/closure of PIP cases.
