Marketing Plan

Market research

Steinel& Co. have conducted a research for the purpose of getting the opinions

and ideas of our future customers. The findings and the results of this research can help

us, the Steinel& Co. be more effective business men and women. We chose the high

school students of Fellowship Baptist College of Kabankalan to be the sample population

of our study. The total number of the students in the high school is 1238 and according to

the Slovin’sformula , in order for us to calculate for the sample population we should get

the total population divided by one multiplied by the total population multiplied to your

margin of error to the power of two.

Slovin’s Formula 𝑛 = 𝑁/(1 + 𝑁𝑒²) – Formula we used for getting the sample

population.

Calculating for sample population

Given:

N= 1238

e= 5%

𝑛 = 1238/{1 + 1238(. 05)2 }

n= 1238 / {1+ 1238(.0025)}

n= 1238 / (1+3.095)

n= 1238 / 4.095

n= 302.32 or 302 students.

9
According to our survey, 95 % of the high school students which is 286 students

out of 302 students have said that they like to eat Graham Balls and 93 % of the high

school students which is 272 out of 302 have said that Php 2.00 is not that pricey for

them and lastly, 94% of the high school students which is 283 students out of 302

students have said that they prefer chocolate flavor rather that milk and coffee. Based on

our findings, the product of Steinel& Co. is feasible and market ready.

Supply and Demand

According to our survey, 95% of the sample population said yes that they like to

eat Graham Balls. And the remaining 5% said that they do not eat Graham balls. Once
