    ATTITUDE SCALE FOR ADOLSECENT REGARDING CONTRACEPTIVE DEVICES

    Instructions- each one of us have different ideas, opinion regarding contraceptive


    devices. So here you are request to give your opinion on the below statements. Here five types
    of responses have been provided for each statement i.e. strongly agree, agree, not sure,
    disagree, and strongly disagree. Please think coherently and mark your opinion for each
    statement. Please a tick () mark into the appropriate column. Kindly mark friendly what you
    believe.
