    Closing Ceremony Script

    The 30th Inter-House Sports Day Closing Ceremony of


    Tung Wah Group Of Hospital Mrs Wu York Yu Memorial College 2012-2013 begins now.

    Please stand.

    First, would the representatives of the Twentieth Student Association and the four Houses march in
    with the flags.

    We would also like to invite our Guests of Honour to officiate our closing ceremony.
    (Pause)

    All guests and students, please be seated.

    Second,
    Sportsman Representatives of the four houses, please march in.

    Third, a speech will be given by the President of the Twentieth Student Association.
    Mr. Hung Shing Hin 洪成軒, please.

    Thank you, Mr. Hung.

    Fourth, we are much grateful to have invited Mr Lee to give us a speech.

    Mr. Lee, please.

    Thank you, Mr. Lee.

    Fifth, the long-awaited Prize-giving Ceremony begins. Let us give our heartfelt applause to all the
    prize winners.(Please find the attachment.)

    Sixth, the school flag is about to be lowered. This signifies our annual sports days has come to an
    end.

    All guests and students, please stand.


    (Play the “Closing” music)

    Drawing to the end of the closing ceremony, may we ask our guests, accompanied by our principal,
    Mr Lee, to proceed to the Marshal stand.
    Mr. Lee, please.

    All students, please be seated.

    May I now declare the fruitful completion of our annual sports days.

    Let me pass the microphone to the Discipline Unit for dismissal.
