    Navaratnalu Scheme - Pedalandariki illu - Certain guidelines for preparing
    layout in Gram Panchayats falling outside the Development Authorities / Urban

    Various representation have been received from the Districts requesting for specific
    guidelines for approval of weaker section layouts in Gram Panchayats falling outside the
    Development Authorities / Urban Local Bodies limits.
    Earlier vide reference 1 ci ted, the Government have issued guidelines fixing width of
    internal roads with minim um of 6.0 Mts for EWS layouts. Further the Govt. vide referen ce 2°
    cited has proposed minimum of 9.0 m or 30'-0" wide roads in the EWS layouts.
    Hence following guidelines are issued for the EWS layouts for Gram Panchayats
    falling outside Development Authorities / Urban Local Bodies limits.

    Road Pattern:

    a) One major road shall be of 9.0 m or 30'-0" width and other roads shall be of atleast
    6.0 m or 20-0" width where ever sufficient land is available all road may be
    suggested as 9M'.
    b) The proposal shall as well incorporate any Master Plan/ ILUP / Rurban Cluster Plan
    roads in the layouts.

    c) DTCPOs can suggest layout pattern at their level in Gram panchyats if not covered
    in UDAs..

    All other guidelines/ norms shall be as per the G.O Ms.No.94, MA&UD Dept, Dt31-01-2020.
