Claudia: The most challenging experiences have been everything related to the
weather, it feels very windy. Oh, fog mornings and cold nights.

Dayana: Have you tried something strange or different on your trip?

Claudia: Yes, the strange food for me was the culona ant. And
The fritanga is composed of sausage, stuffed, pork rib, Creole potato, fried
plantain, arepa, wrapped and to accompany natural juice.

The boyacense stew is one of the most recognized, its great flavor makes it have a
privileged place at the tables of the Chiquinquireños,
Along with tubers and meats it brings; beans, nopas, guatila, cob, rubas, squash,
Creole potatoes, navas, pork and beef ribs. All the ingredients give it a distinct
touch and make it taste almost unmatched.
