net ball?

Introduction
One of the most thrilled sports in the world is Netball. This sport is a ball
sport played by two teams of seven players. Netball is most popular in many
Commonwealth nations, specifically in schools, and is predominantly played by
women.
It has been observed that the ball that is used for the sport is most ideal for
playing the sport and for better chances of scoring. This topic was chosen to
investigate whether or not the type of ball actually affects the chances of scoring

Method of Data Collection
The method of data collection that was used is the form of an Experiment.
An experiment is a procedure undertaken to make a discovery, test a hypothesis, or
demonstrate a known fact.
The information was collected by obtaining four different types of balls and
using five students. The various selections of balls and the different students were
recorded and the researcher proceeded to carry out the experiment.

Analysis of Data
In figure 1.1
The football having the highest scores of 5 points, were obtained from
Rockella scoring 3 points out of 5 shots, Karlene and Jenelle both scoring 1 point
out of 5 shots, and Maricah and Shawnel both was having no points after 5 shots.
The netball obtained 4 points, 2 from Rockella 1 from Karlene and Shawnel,
and 0 from Maricah and Jenelle.
The tennis ball and the volley ball both had a score of 3 points. Rockella,
Maricah and Jenelle all had a score of 1, while Karlene and Shawnel had 0 scores.
The volley ball had 2 scores from Karlene, 1 score from Jenelle, and 0 from
Rockella, Shawnel and Maricah.
In figure 1.2
Rockella scored 2 points, while Shawnel and Karlene scored 1 point both,
while the other experimenters scored 0.
In figure 1.3
Karlene scored 2 points and Jenelle scored 1 point, while the other experimenters
scored 0.

In figure 1.4
Rockella scored 3 points, Karlene and Jenelle both scored 1 point, while the
other experimenters scored 0.
In figure 1.5
Rockella, Maricah, and Jenelle all scored 1 point, while the other
experimenters scored 0.

Discussion of Findings
After gathering the information and data, the results weren’t as
expected. The results could also be inaccurate because the experimenters cannot
play the sport. The ball formally used to play the sport the, netball was not ranked
as the most ideal ball for playing the sport. The football ranked as the most ideal
ball obtaining a total of 5 points, while the netball had 4 points and the tennis ball
and volleyball had both 3 points.

Conclusion
This experiment has allowed the researchers to evaluate on a concept they
found interesting from a mathematical perspective. It can be concluded that the
most appropriate ball for scoring goals in a netball game is a football.
Unfortunately a football is not appropriate for playing a netball game because it is
hard, the netball is the best option because it was created semi-soft for the game, so
that the players wouldn’t get injured.
