    Subject: Details of accommodation and theme park for a family day

    Dear Bukit Lanjan Hotel and Themepark Sdn Bhd,

    I am writing this email to enquire about the details of accommodation and themepark as our
    company decided to hold a family day at your hotel. The exact date for the event has been
    fixed for 1st of April to 3rd of April. There will be about 90 people will attend this family day.

    We will appreciate if you could tell us the rate of your accommodation and your themepark
    ticket prices. Is there any discount since we book in a group not as an individual, please let us
    know if there is a promotional code that we could claim. For the foods and drinks, if you have
    the menu card could you also send it to us.

    I would also like some information on the room types and the terms of payment. If any payment
    is to be made in advance let us know immediately. Another matter I need information on the
    activities at your themepark.

    I look forward to receiving your email. I would appreciate it if you could inform us as soon as
    possible.
