    2. A buyer from Japan has ordered 100 cartons that contain 50 bottles of pineapple juice each carton from
    a Malaysian seller. The importer wants the goods to be delivered fast as to fulfill the demands of Japanese
    buyers. Since this is the first time they are doing this business deal, please advice ANY five (5) important
    documents in your viewpoint as an expert.

    I. Packing List
    From my view point I think that packing list is important as packing consists a details and prescribed formats
    about how the goods that being export been package. This also important to the warehouse to maintain the
    condition of the goods. Based on the situation, the Malaysia seller want to export pineapple juice which is foods
    and it might easy to effect the the condition and the delivery.

    ii. Shipping Bill


    Shipping bill is one of the important bills as its the documents that documents that the Malaysia seller need to
    seek the permission in order to export the product by air and sea. In this case, the seller want to export the
    pineapple juice to Japan so , shipping bill are required for both participants as the buyer also need to submit a
    copy for customs clearance.

    Iii.Commercial Invoice
    Commercial invoice is the important fundamental invoice as is include the details about the exporter, importer,
    and the product description. To the exporter sides, this documents is needed in order to shows to different
    authorities and other purposes.

    Iv. The Airway bill


    As the owner of goods, the airway bills is important because it is the one bills that airways issued to the supplier
    on the details of the carrier and contains information about the extra charges about the shipment.

    V. Inspection Certificate
    As the exporter inspection are need as to make sure the process of exporting smoothly and prevent any
    circumstance that might happen in order export country. Based on the situation, Malaysia seller should go
    through the inspection process as the foods to Japan , so the inspection certificate is really important.
