The benefits of On the Job Training is i learn to discipline myself it also improve my skill and learn

more about my course i learn that there no work is easy but it being productive person is one of the

important thing.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

Planning and thinking what i want in college is hard but pursuing my dreams to become a police

woman made my mind take criminology course it was a dream when i was a little but there’s no big

dream in a people with a hard working and taking up criminology is one of the step to be that dream

came true.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I prepared myself that it wasn’t easy being a ojt student i prepared myself every unit and

every station there’s trial discipline and focus in the task that they gave me, but i manage to finish and

be a productive and efficient ojt student in our semester.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

There’s a saying that the experience is the best teacher i think that is all true i been learn a

lot of thing o ojt days do all command that ahead in you past all the report on time be a responsible

students.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth)

I gained a lot being an ojt student experience some the things that the real officer do on in

BFP being a fire officer is not that easy their lives are at risk to saves other people and property, on

BJMP being jail officer is also not easy at all dealing to those people who commit a crim, and last

being police officer is the biggest contribute or they call front liners or those people working on the

government as a public servant.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?

My role as an ojt student is to obey, observe and do what they say as long as it related to

my course.
BALANGATAN, DAN CHRISTOPHER

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The benefits that I expect On the Job Training for me were to learn on how to be a productive person

to gain extra knowledge and on how to be a disciplined Intern.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I took up the course in Bachelor of Science In Criminology because I want to be a public servant I

want to serve and protect people who are in needs, I am inspired pursuing my chosen course

because of our hard working and dedicated Police Officers.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I prepared myself that it wasn’t easy being anojt student I prepared myself that in every unit and every

station there’s a trial , I need to be disciplined and focus in the task that they gave us, but I manage to

accomplish and be a productive and efficient ojt student in our semester.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

My personal relevant experience on the job training in the past few months I think was my

experiences before studying I been to an employment I think what is relevant is I also need to follow

and obey orders the same on our Ojt must discipline ourselves to be approachable in dealing with

people .

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

My gained knowledge on my internship On the Job Training was I learn to be productive person as an

Intern, I learn so much on our officers and in our experiences in different bureaus and Departments

on how to discipline self, being an Ojt intern gives so much knowledge and to do hard works ,

internship gives a big contribution of skills and techniques which can be use on our future working as

a public servant.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?

My role as an ojt student is to obey study and observe and do what they say as long as it is related to

my course.
BAUSTISTA, EUGENE RAE S.

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The benefits that i expect to derive a experience, learning’s, skills and most of all, i can get to

know or i can accompany more police officers.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I took up the course of criminology because i want to a police officer. I want to help people and arrest

people who make lawless doings. Hence, i want to have a stable job for my family and for my future

also.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

As an Ojt intern, i prepared myself to do something that beyond my limitations. I learned a lot about

the time managing, and how to be productive on those different tasks that i will encounter.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

I experience a hard time because of traffic and my alarm did not work as a result of being late.

Furthermore, i also experience new things like when i am at the BFP, we trained as a fireman in a

beginner way. And when i went to the BJMP, i encounter a lot of people who are inside the jail, we

make friends with them and we cleaned their jail cells. When i went to the MPD, i deal with different

ranks of officers and i want to be like them.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth)

First of all, i learned about the time management. I myself will have to deal with it that i have to accept

that there is a traffic pollution in the Philippines so i must wake up earlier that i’l do before. As an

police officer in the near future, i experience a lot of things like gaining wisdom and i am inspired on

what i see inside the places that i went like BFP,BJMP and MPD.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?

My role as an Ojt student is to obey, observe and do what they say as long as it related to

my course.
BONONO, RENZ MARK

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

I expected more benefits have been learn and more not expected experience already have i

encounter on the job training program to different agency I’ve encounter. And i expect the on the job

training it’s so difficult but exciting for me because additional learn for me and advantage if i already

police officer someday.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take criminology because this is my dream when i was a child my dream is to become a police and

serve my fellow men. So since day one i start of my Bachelor of Science in Criminology in the

Philippine College of Criminology i so much learn relative about the roles of the police and law stated,

and people they commit a crimes and what crimes have his committed and what punishment and

penalties. And i listen carefully if my professor starts the lecture because to my own need to learn

more and remember all lecture.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

Willingness to do something and i prepare myself for on the job training, im so excited and active for

my task and i will perform my duty as student and most of the time i discipline myself and i always

respectful to any officers i have encountered in any agency.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

There’s a saying that experience is the best teachers i think that is all true i been learn a lot of things

on ojt days do all the command that ahead on you pass all the report on time be responsible student.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

I gained a lot being an ojt student experience some the things that real officer do in BFP being a fire

officer is not that easy their lives at are risk to save other people and property on BJMP a jail guard

officer also not easy at all dealing to those people who commit a crime. And last being a police officer

is the biggest contribute or they call front lines or those people working on the government as a public

servant.

My role as an ojt students is to obey, observe and learn and do what they say as long as it

relevant to my course and not turn into bad.


CALEZE, JERSON

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The benefits that I expect to derive from my OJT or On the Job Training are figuring out what I really

want to do—and don’t want to do. I’m expecting that my On the Job Training will help me to establish

my career goals. And to get an inside scoop on the industry that I can’t be learned in any books or

classroom. And I’m expecting to gain skills and knowledge just by physically being in an office and

paying attention to my surroundings.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I took up the Bachelor of Science in Criminology because ever since I was a kid it is my dream to be

a Police Officer someday. I want to serve my country and protect my countrymen.And I took up this

course to fulfil my dreams and career and to support my family

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

The On the Job Training helps me to be much more prepared to what job I will have in the future. I

am physically, mentally and spiritually prepared for any tasks that will be assigned for me in the

future. It helps me to be more responsible about all the actions and decisions that I will make because

as a future Police Officer you have to think twice before you take the act.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

My experiences and insights as an OJT student are one of the most unforgettable. I experienced a lot

of new things that is relevant not only in my personal life but also to those people that surrounds me.

These are some of the experiences I treasured a lot in my BFP OJT, I’ve learned the different ties of

rope and their uses and how to properly use the fire extinguisher with these experiences I am able to

help my family and others whose in need.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

I learned how hard to be fire fighter because they have to be always prepared to save lives and

properties and I learned that we can help the fire fighter by helping them to prevent fire. I learned the

importance of time to all Police Officers because at first I thought that it will be easy but no, I

experienced a hard time on being present all the time even how tired I am I should be present

because it takes determination, perseverance and hard work to be a Police Officer.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?


For me, my role as an OJT student are I should be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning

journey and accept lawful instruction given by you in regard to work, training and instruction in the

workplace. And to aattend/participate in the activities and training that an OJT student needs. Also an

OJT student should respect and follow the policies and rules and regulations.Lastly, I have to

complete all the tasks, assessments, assignments, etc. that are given to me.
COMBATE, MARK ANTHONY E.

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The experience did i expect in On the Job Training is i learn to discipline myself, my personality and

also improve my skill and to learn more about the work of police and so on.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take up criminology because i want to be a policeman someday and this is my dream since i was a

child and to have a stable job in the future.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I always prepare myself because being a criminology intern is so hard this is not easy. And i accept

the consequences if i do the wrong thing.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

There’s a saying that experience is the best teacher i think that is all true i been learn a lot of

thing on ojt days do all the command that ahead in you past all the report on the time a responsible

student.

I had knowledge from my experience in On the Job Training. I learned that the all people has

a respect i learn this in my personal growth. And the professional growth is to learned some duty of

police and other agencies.

My role as an Ojt students is to obey, observe , lear and experience the work of police, fire

fighter and jail guard.


DOLATRE, JULIUS

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

For me the benefits of OJT for a student are experience, skills, discipline, confidence and to have

knowledge on my future chosen career.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take up Criminology course because I want to pursue my dream to be a Law Enforcer and to serve

the community.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I’m confident on my own skills because I want to prove to everyone that I am confident in my skills

and talent to contribute to the effective ways in my OJT.

My personal experience in ojt for a student like me on-the-job training I’ve experience the nature and

the culture in every agency that I’ve assign unit.

I gained a lot of knowledge on how was the real work of a Public Servant to be use and improve my

professional knowledge to gain the experience in my work as a public servant to set goal and

strategies.

My role as an OJT student is to observe and to learn in every task given to me on how to accomplish

the task given.

Before i started in On the Job Training i asked and collect some information about what

My important experience in On the Job Training is how to communicate with people that

Be honest whatever you do, and serve without expecting rewards from the people you’ve

My role as OJT student is follow the rule’s and regulation of different bureau’s and do all

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The benefits of On the Job Training is i learn to discipline myself i expect to derive from ojt in

everyday i my life i use to become responsible and i bring it until in myself and for the future.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I thinking what i’d take criminology because when i was a child it is my dreams and it inspire me to

take a criminology course. to inspire me to help people if i become a future law encforcer.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I prepared myself yes, i am ready for Ojt because i am aware that already to become a there are a

hundred of hours that i need to fulfil and cooperate with the different activities.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

There’s a saying that experience is the personal relevant experiences it is enhance my knowledge

about and teach practice me in the future to be ready when i become policeman someday.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth)

I gained a lot being and from experience personal is how to become dependent and responsible dorm

waking up early in the morning to attend during my duty hours. To be cooperate person in other

people. Professional to become kind patient and be profession in work from your own policy does not

break it.

My role as an ojt student is to doing my part on like attending duty hours and be cooperate

with my buddy.
GARCIA, MARK KENNETH A.

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The benefits that on the job training are many learned from the course i take and i can use it to get

other job and i can also use what i can learned on, On the job Training .

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take criminology because is one of my dreams and i wanted to help others and be good police

officer someday.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I prepared myself to wake up early 5am of morning everyday because time is important in the every

agency i came for and be discipline myself to manage in work in the on the job training and another

things can be.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

My experience of being on the job training is to be a good student and to be a good person to others

and i happy with my another OJT fellow those who have with a four months experience i the on the

job training.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

I gained a lot being on the job training students of PCCR, the real officers was not easy and

sometimes the officers are many problems in this field of works and being public servant has not easy

of my own opion.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?

My role as an on the job training be respectful to those who teach and be respect others people also,

because as an on the job training is meant for those who do not know about the work of police

officers and be curious what to do the officers.


GUEVARRA, CHARLES ARON

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

The experience benefits me the most important is it helps to grow myself confidence every day and it

helps me to learn how to adjust in every situation in my duty become flexible in every work day ask

me to do on duty.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I took up criminology because it’s been my childhood dream and my father and grandfather wants me

to be a police man someday that’s why I took up Criminology and enrolled in Philippine College in

Criminology.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

Preparing myself, my Physical fitness and my financial to take On-The-Job Training and I change my

attitude like being lazy on duty and being a grumbler person so that on the actual duty I will not act

that attitudes anymore to myself and to other people around me.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

Knowing different kind of personnel seeing what they are doing every day that inspire me. Like

observing detainees inside the jail a lot of detainees can’t sleep completely because they are jam on

each other inside of their room I realize that inside in jail life is difficult.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

Personal: if there is a problem on my duty I will fix it quickly so that it will not affect my next duty and

it’s easy to move forward when you realize that there is no problem on that day.

1.8What is your role as an OJT?

As a role of On-The-Job Training Internship make myself as a good example to the next

generation that will experience that program it is important because not only book can make you how

and what you want to become they say that experience in life is always as excellent teacher.
HERNANDEZ, RON VINCE PAATRICK T.

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

For me the benefits of ojt for a students are experience, skill, discipline and confidence.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take up criminology course because i went to pursue my dream to be a police officer.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

I’m confident on my own skill and i’m elastic to a work and i know my limits but i know how to break

my limits on work i’m capable of following strict orders because i know that’s what On the Job

Training is to follow the order.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

Experience is the perfect leaning tool. For a students like me on the job training gives me a taste of

real world and a real work a glimpse of what lies ahead after i graduate.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

I gained a lot of knowledge on how was the real work of a police officer are it open my eyes that it’s

not easy to be a public servant too much toxic but i can see in their face that they love what they’re

doing as a professional. As my professional growth i learned that even there are so many toxic things

that will come into your work life or in your actual life you just need to handle it professionally and with

god’s grace and blessings always do it with a prayer.

My role as an ojt students is to observe and collect knowledge and choose only what we

were allowed to apply to our daily lives.

To improve my skill, abilities and also learned a lot of things. Gained knowledge, experience to

become productive person.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I take criminology because this is the course that will help me to become a greate police officer and i

want to continue the legacy of my family as a police officer.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

First i ask the past ojt what to expect and what we were goanna face in our ojt.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

My important experience in On the Job training is how to communicate with people that have rank of

different bureaus in this society and also give respect to those people that you’ve encountered.

1.7 Knowledge gained from the experience (personal and professional growth) ?

I gain a lot of knowledge about what profession in the future that i will take and be honest whatever

you do, and serve without expecting rewards from the people you’ve help. And help me as a person

to connect with other people and most especially when im in BJMP because i learn about Life.

My role as a OJT is to be a greate member and to become a role model to my fellow OJT.

1.3 What benefits do you expect to derive from On the Job Training?

I learn so much, that i can use when i become a police officer someday, i know now how hard it is to

become a police and hard work we should do to become successful someday.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I want to fulfil my dream when i was a kid, and also i want to serve my country.

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

We should work hard even we are a students because like a work we need to grow and grow every

time to be productive and to become successful in all the aspect that we want, if you just stop

performing well, you will in life.

I know more how the BFP,BJPM, and MPD works, what was the differences and similarities of their

works, how to become one in every works. Now i always go to the agencies on time because if i were

late there is a punishment so i think i learn to become more responsible and giving all my best to the

task they ordered me to do. I also enjoyed my OJT in all the agencies i think i was really born to

become one of them someday.

To observed the works how it was done, to have knowledge in the profession we take. To have the

skills and talents that i can do in this works. And also i should become more responsible because how

i work in those agencies will reflect me someday if i become one of them.

the rules of each agency to be hard working and honest at all someday you can share with others

I take the course of criminology because it is in my heart and i dream to be a good policeman.

I prepared myself to do my best and everything and every unit i get to make sure i’ll help them.

a weekly report and goes to meetings.

BFP, fire officer because it was difficult to live a life-threatening fire, and the BJMP jail officer was also

hard because all the prisoners had commit a crime. And last PNP police officers is the biggest

contributor to the Philippines because of all the problems thy face as a crime.

To observe knowledge of other agencies such as a bureau of fire protection, manila police district

bureau of jail management and penology what their function as government authorities and what

future government agency i will apply.

Because i want to be a public servant as government agencies such as police officer.

To become economically self - sufficient and effective, efficient service on the job training.

My experienced as on the job training is very exciting because i get to learn activities of the

government agencies that are my passions to gather knowledge able to be ready as a future police

We will learn in an environment in which we will need to practice the knowledge and skill taught in the

on the job training. The on the job training is a technique wherein we will be given a direct instructions

to perform our jobs on the actual work floor. We can also learn a skill that is required to be performed

in the actual work conditions.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I took criminology because me and my father and my family wants me to be a police man and also

like the job of a police, but on mu ojt experience i also liked a job of a fire officer and a jail officer.

I prepared myself for my on the job training for me to achieve the entire task that will be given to me

and also to make my career path be ready. I make myself confident and responsible enough to finish

my ojt on the time.

I’ve experience a lot in my ojt such as doing duties on being a responsible and active trainee in my

every task, like clerical works such as certification and filling documents.

I gained a lot of knowledge in my ojt like on how to be responsible student/employee and also on how

to take advantage in every task we’ve experienced to do our best and be part on one of my duties in

my on the job training. As for my professional knowledge i learned that in every work place we should

give importance and give our best to serve all the people whom we are working to.

My role as an ojt is to lead my path and will to achieve my goals i life. My role also is to serve

and complete all assigned task to me. I need to be strong and be ready from all of my responsibilities

I expected that those information and skills that will acquire and learn in the different agencies

through practice would help me to decide in the future on what agency can I be and to apply my

experience and knowledge in the near future.

1.4 What made you take up Criminology?

I decided to take up criminology because I realized a good thing when i become a Criminologist and

for me it is an career because like other works you can level up your rank to a higher ranks and yet

you are a government property that will serve our country .

1.5 Readiness for the On The Job Training?

My preparation for my On-the-Job Training is I planned and prepared all the things that we needed

every day for me as a President of our company and to practice myself to become more responsible

and to make sure that i learned everyday in my duty as a OJT.

1.6 Personal relevant experience?

BFP- I assigned in HEMS Department and I learned for me as a observer and it’s difficult to become

a fire fighter because of the risk may they face during a fire and I salute them for their bravery and

hard work ship. BJMP- I assigned in operation unit, I learned and experience from them how to

conduct an oplan galugad on how they search the area and the techniques they used inside the jail to

handle a Persons Deprive of Liberty (PDL) and how the operation unit hold the Manila City Jail. MPD-

This agency is my favourite because I assigned in GAIS General Assignment Investigation Service, I

learned from them the proper way of creating a Police Papers and I experience it while im in duty I

make a Police Report including Loss Passport and they are happy in my result as their OJT that in my

50 hours of duty I learned how to make a Police Report.

PERSONAL GROWTH –The OJT helped me enhance and developed more skills and ability.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH – One of the most important things i’ve learned is responsible and

dedicated to work.

My role as an OJT Student is to be responsible intern and a good example of being a leader

to my workmates and others and especially to the officers of agency that we done our duties .and by

being a responsible you will become stronger, more confident and more successful in the near future.

My personal relevant experience is when I’m at Manila City Jail because i saw so many detainee’s

there is so hard, so i felt that i don’t want to be like them and go to jail and do an act punishable by

law.
